CPM (Cost Per Mille) Management
CPM is also known as Cost per Mille. Where, Mille stands for ‘thousand’ in roman. An impression can be defined as the single appearance of the ad on the web page. Every time a reader clicks on ad and the website loads with the ad appearing on it, the ad server counts an impression.
CPM is applied to ads in the form of web banners & text links. Currently, Google is the largest provider of CPM ads with its Google Adwords.
